We recommend polypro hoops as your secondhoop — once you've mastered the basics and want to start exploring more off-body flow. With polypro, your movement evolves to a whole new dimension. It's perfect for multi-hoop training or fast-paced flow with a single hoop.

20mm (3/4") – This is a great next step after your beginner hoop. Still suitable for some on-body hooping and ideal for intermediate hoopers.

16mm (5/8") – Best for advanced hoopers who focus mainly on off-body flow, fast movement, and multi-hooping.

As a bonus, the hoop can be folded down to almost half its size and clipped to a backpack. We make it collapsible using a polypro insert, metal rivet, and a metal push-button connection (standard connection in our hoop-making process).

The hoop comes with a grippy tape on the inner rim. Please write your preferred grip tape color in the order note. If none is specified, black grip tape will be used by default.
