Electric blue is a decorative tape suitable for hoop making. The tape stands out with its blue-pink colors, changing tones from dark blue to light blue with electric reflections in the light.
 
The effect of the tape is "laser". The tape looks similar to a mirror, it reflects the light and the surroundings nicely. It looks different in every light. The color transitions on the tape are soft, gradual.
