The heaviest hoop of all the offered variants. The slower rotation helps you keep the hoop on the waist. This variant is perfect for on body hooping, body shaping and strengthening the core. Diameter of the tubing is 25 mm. Most used sizes of fitness hoops are 100cm and 95cm in general. If you want to learn off body tricks we recommend you to take dance hoop. Weight of 100cm fitness hoop is approx. 650g.
2. BEGINNERS: Dance hoop
It still belongs to the category of hoops for beginners. Weight of the hoop helps you keep the hoop on your body. However compared to fitness hoops thinner tubing and slightly less weight is excellent for mastering basic hoop dance tricks. The diameter of the tubing is 20 mm. Perfect for all beginners for learning on body and off body tricks. Most used sizes of dance hoops are 95cm and 90cm in general. Weight of 95cm dance hoop is approx. 450g.
3. ALL LEVELS: Travel sectional hoop
Sectional travel hoop is divided into 5 sections. You can easily assemble the hoop using push buttons. It takes maximum 30s. It is made of dance tubing and is suitable for beginners to advanced hoopers – for everyone who travels a lot. The big advantage of this type of hoop is the saving of space.
